I've always had a love for baking. I think I got into it from my mother who was very good at baking and at one point had her own cake business. It wasn't until I got married (06/04) that I really started to get into cooking and becoming fascinated with the wonderful world of food preparation I love chicken. Chicken, chicken, chicken. And appetizers. And trying new recipes. This past Thanksgiving when I brought a potato dish and a pear torte to my mother's house. They were both a hit and everyone couldn't stop raving about them! Sometimes I forget to take out the last tray of cookies. I've also burned a slow cooker recipe once or twice. Oh and when I couldn't figure out how to make brown rice in my rice cooker. How embarrassing!
