I grew up in a very small town with seven brothers and sisters. Some of our favorite activities were baking and cooking for our family. I love cooking with wine, and new spices! My grandmother is revered as the cook in our family. She is infamous for her homemade bread and cookies. As kids whenever we would visit she would always have fress molassas cookies for us, and something with onions and garlic was always cooking in the kitchen. My grandmother is of portuguese decent, and it shows up in her cooking! I think my best dish is Chicken with Prosciutto and Swiss. I am also very good at chowders and soups. I constantly burn the bread!
