Me and My Daughter
About this Cook
I'm a married mom of one, and I love to cook for my family. I could happily spend everyday in my kitchen.
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking healthy foods for my growing daughter. My husband has diabetes so we are always looking for low carb low sugar recipes that taste great. Some of my favorites are stuffed chicken breast, pastas, sauces, marinades, casseroles. I like to make up recipes and serve them as appetizers, then if they are a success, turn them into main dishes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love having weekend breakfast. Everyone's at home and can cook and eat together.
My cooking triumphs
Learning to cook for large groups of family and friends.
My cooking tragedies
Sometimes I burn things. Oops.

Cheeseburger Pasta 'n Vegetables Dinner
This is a really good recipe. Even our picky 3 year old liked it and wanted seconds. Great use of the Knorr side dish. The only addition was about 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and salt and pepper.

Toronto Pad Thai
I made this recipe with shrimp instead of tofu, it was very good. I love the freshness the lime juice gives. Thanks!
