Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta
Excellent dish. I looked at the reviews and really only added extra garlic. Added about another teaspoon. I cooked the onion with the pork chop, then removed the chops and followed the recipe as written. DELICIOUS!

Delicious Chicken Casserole
I followed other reviewers and added extra rice; about 1 cup of cheddar cheese. A little extra garlic and some Jane's Crazy Mixed Up salt (about 1/2 teaspoon). It was GREAT!.
