Famous Butter Chicken

What a fantastic recipe! Very tasty and very fattening. Definately reduce the cooking time by about half. Goes great with sauteed asparagus or a leafy salad.

Herbed Mushrooms with White Wine

This is a great beginner recipe. Just watch out for the mushrooms you use. The best to use are button.

This is a great recipe. Super easy and super tasty. I did make a few changes. I used fresh basil and garlic. I also cooked the peppers for less time then called for as others have suggested. I'm sure it would have still been just as good without the changes!

Tequila Shrimp

This was a fantastic recipe. I actually added a little olive oil and served it over mixed greens, then squeezed a fresh lime over the whole thing. This made a tasty sald.

Bill's Beefuna Burgers

I'm ratng this soley on my boyfriend's taste buds. I wasnt so fond of it but he raved about them. I also am not a huge fan of the flavor of hot tuna.

Steamed Mussels II

These mussels were great and so simple. I substituted cilantro for the parsely. It was amazing! I also added some cream to thicken it up a bit. I will be making this one again!

Fast and Friendly Meatballs

These meatballs were so easy! I did make a few changes though. Like most everyone I added parmesan and a little garlic. Also, for you North Westerners out there, I added the end of a bag of Tim's Cascade Jalepeno Chips that I crushed thoroughly. It gave the meatballs a nice kick!

Beef Tenderloin with Horseradish-and-Roasted Garlic Crust

This recipe was so good! Im not a horseradish fan but, like everybody else says, the flavors really calm down and compliment the beef very well. We made this with asparagus and roasted potatoes, everything went together very nicely.
