Seafood Gumbo! It was amazing. I took my favorite ingredients from about 5 different recipes and created my own. I made a 20 serving pot and it was gone in 30 minutes. Thanksgiving 2007 was a disaster. My turkey was dry, my potroast was bland, my candied yams weren't candied and my dressing was runny. I don't know what I did wrong, I used the exact same recipes last year and everything was a success. So, I've decided to make Turkey and Pot Roast every month until it's perfect.
