Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Followed recipe (mostly) and added a bag of baby carrots. Put torn biscuit pieces in 3 hours before done per other reviews. I really liked it, but thought it was bland. I'll probably make again with celery, carrots, pepper, garlic powder, and some other seasonings. Oh, and I only used can of biscuits and it was PLENTY!

Followed recipe exactly. Tastes just like what you get at the Wendy's drive-thru. Won't make again. Cheaper at the drive-thru and I can order fries and a frosty.

Perfect Baked Potato

I didn't add cheese, but used sour cream instead. This makes the perfect potato. An hour for a small potato and more for larger ones. I put them right on the rack (I have a liner underneath to catch the drippings).

It was okay. Next time I will do equal parts chicken broth & tomato sauce. It was pretty thick. Needs to cook/simmer for a lot longer than stated to get the flavors together and cook the carrots. I liked all the veggies, but it needed tomato pieces too.

Very good! Followed recipe exactly only cooking on stove. I love horseradish, but even I would cut down the amount by half next time and maybe up the bacon. Will make again. Thanks!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Followed recipe exactly except put in slow cooker on low for 8 hours. Used Famous Daves Rich 'n Sassy BBQ sauce. Will make again with maybe trimming some fat off of ribs next time. A+

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Cut dijon in half; glad I did that, gave just the right amount of zip. Used frozen shrimp (thawed), cut baking time to 7 minutes. Served with long grain & wild rice and green beans. Way too much butter for rice, but would've been a good amount if served on pasta. Will make again with little changes.

Salmon Spread II

Really good! Used 1/3 less fat cream cheese & low-fat sour cream. I didn't have onion, so subbed a 1/2 tsp onion powder. Didn't have hot sauce, so used a couple dashes cayenne pepper. Let sit overnight, served with Wheat Thins. Will make again. Thanks!

Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

Good and will make again. Followed recipe except used shredded cheddar; didn't want to buy the Velveeta. Had to cook cubed potatoes longer than 25 minutes. Husband loved it with saltines!

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

Excellent! I subbed 1/2 cup applesauce for half of the veg oil. I also increased the baking soda to 2 tsp to make it less dense. Made 6 giant muffins (baked for 40 minutes) and 1 regular loaf bread (50 minutes). Will make again. Thanks!

Mushrooms with a Soy Sauce Glaze

Excellent! Followed recipe exactly. Wish I would've made more! Will make again and again. Best mushrooms ever. Ate them on the side of a ribeye steak and traditional mashed potatoes from this site.

Very good, but didn't use potato chips and cut back on cheese a little to save some fat cals. Will make again. Oh, and used shell pasta and added 1/2 cup milk.

Almost Stuffed Peppers

Awesome! I used ground venison and put the chopped onions in with the meat. I forgot to take the meat out and just put everything else in (except rice) and simmered for like 40 minutes. I also added an 8oz can of tomato sauce with the diced tomatoes. Very good this way! Topped with a little shredded cheddar. Will make this instead of stuffed peppers from now on.
