Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
Followed recipe exactly but made into giant muffins. Good with butter & honey. Husband liked it more than I did. Might make again. It was a little dry for me.

Jamie's Minestrone
It was okay. Next time I will do equal parts chicken broth & tomato sauce. It was pretty thick. Needs to cook/simmer for a lot longer than stated to get the flavors together and cook the carrots. I liked all the veggies, but it needed tomato pieces too.

Fresh Rhubarb Pie
Made exactly as written only added a little bit more rhubarb. Turned out fantastic! Loved it. Will make again!
