Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion
This was so good! At first I was worried about the lemon juice but in the end it gave the pork an awsome little kick! I will be making this a lot!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
WOW!!! I used a honey BBQ sauce and I too like a heartier sauce so I added more dressing and Worcestershire sauce. I shredded it and let it soak up the BBQ sauce. Then I put it a large whole wheat dinner rolls! SO GOOD!! And it's even better as left overs!

Taqueria Style Tacos - Carne Asada
I love these taco's, my mouth is watering just thinking of them! I found tenderized skirt steak so that is what I used. I only made the steak portion but I can't wait to do it all together when I have more time!
