Restaurant-Style Prime Rib Roast
My roast turned out perfect! The house smelled wonderful and when I took the roast out it looked awesome, like something you would see in a magazine. Wouldn't change a thing.

Roasted Pork Loin
Excellent, even my 2 teenaged hockey playing billet sons loved it. Used a 3 pound roast and there was none left!

Chewy Granola Bars
Very good! Way better than store bought. I really like the versatility of this recipe. I can use whatever I have on hand.
