I have been married now for 8 years and have a 5 year old son. I am a nursing student who really doesn't have much of a life outside of my family and school but that suits me just fine. I love to walk and run when I am not so lazy and just love being outdoors. When I am done with school I will be working as a Hospice and Palliative Care RN. Can't wait!! Love to cook plain old comfort foods the most but enjoy trying new recipes as well. I got a new oven three years ago and have since then started baking like crazy. Something is always is my oven I cook for entire family and host the holiday get togethers at my home. It huge for my because I am the youngest of seven and I am the one doing all the cooking and loving every minute of it. The first time I made strawberry pie for my husband, I followed the recipe as stated. The problem was that it said to boil the jello until clear. I guess I just wasn't thinking and boiled it way to long...trying to get it "clear". When the pie was done the filling was so chewy and rubbery but my husband ate it happily. I still laugh about it til this day!!!
