Sugar Cookie Icing
This recipe is amazing, but definitely additional milk is necessary. Just add 1 teaspoon at a time until it reaches desired consistency. Other than that it tastes great and looks amazing once it's set.

Spinach and Potato Frittata
This was delicious!! I added tomatoes and finished it off in the oven to make the cheese bubbly and browned. I also used frozen hash brown potatoes and seasoned with italian seasoning before adding the veggies. Amazing - and so easy!

Jalapeno Popper Spread
This was delicious! I halved the recipe and it was plenty for 8 people. Guests devoured the whole thing! Perfect with a french baguette, I omitted the green chillies and increased the jalapenos. Also followed the suggestion to mix panko and parmesan and bake for 30 min. This is going to be a party staple!
