Angel Biscuits II
This was not as light as I thought they would be, maybe my flour was a little old, but I have to give it only 4 stars

Pumpkin Muffins II
Good muffin, my modifications were to go with 2 eggs instead of 3 and use applesauce for half of the oil. A little chewy, but still tasty.

Savory Green Beans
I love this great simple recipe. I added a spash of Balsamic vinegar and 1 tsp of chopped garlic. the addition of pecans cooked with the shallots would be awesome.
