This is great!! Granted I did change it a little based off some reviews I read. I added 1/3 cup dried oatmeal (instead of breadcrumbs) and 1 egg to hold it together. I also added some Greek Seasoning with the oregano and about 1 tsp worcestershire sauce. I put it on the george foreman grill for about 15 minutes and they came out perfect! They werent dry at all!
