Working wife and mother of one. THe days are long and the time at home is short. Most everyones story right! So without need to say the day in the life is pretty boring so when i can bring something to the dinner table that makes a VERY picky husband AND a 2 yr old happy, I am elated! And then... ready to go to bed. Quick and easy during the week. But when i have time on the weekend i love to make up an old favorite or try a new resipe that sounds exciting. Southern cooking. Usually some kind of meat with sauce all over, meatloafs, and anything you can fry or put on the grill! Every recipie i have ever tried...worked! Baking aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!if it doesn't come out of a box or a raper, no way! I do love adding other things to those boxes to make it my own!
