I am a first grade teacher. I get home pretty late at night, so if I cook something for myself, it needs to be a quick recipe. I like to do more complicated cooking and baking on weekends. I love to cook baked goods. Cookies, muffins, and biscuits are high on the list. I'm trying to expand my abilities when it comes to "main course" cooking.
