Adrienne's Cucumber Salad
Very good! I just tossed everything together and replaced the 1 cup of sugar with 1/2 cup splenda - No need for the extra calories! Thanks for the recipe!

Vinaigrette
This is a really great dressing recipe. Especially most people have all the ingredients on hand. I used 1 1/2 cloves of garlic and the garlic wasn't over powering. I think it would be a perfect compliment to fresh tomato, mozzarella & basil salad!

Bacon and Tomato Cups
Everyone loves them!! I made a double batch and froze half. When company stops over I have appetizers in just a few minutes!
