Maple Glazed Ribs
I made this recipe exactly as written. The meat was extremely flavourful & very tender. We will definately be making this again.

Baked Chicken with Peaches
It had good flavour. I used canned peaches & I substituted cinnamon for cloves. The drippings were thickened for a sauce. I will definately be making this again.
