Crustless Spinach Quiche

Really liked this- I think I liked it even better the next day after all the flavors blended. I used swiss cheese and it was super.

Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche

This is a great quiche. I used half mayo and half plain fat free yogurt and you couldnt even tell. I used the Butter Flakey Crust recipe and that just made the recipe in my opinion. It would not have been as good with a store bought crust-well worth the little effort. I want to add chopped tomatoes next time- it would be a good compliment to the other flavors.

Addictive Pumpkin Muffins

These are amazing. Noone will ever guess how healthy they are. I did not use the walnuts or raisins and did use half whole wheat flour and took them to work and everyone raved. Mine only took 23 minutes to cook.Super moist!!

Crustless Cranberry Pie

The "pie" itself if super- loved the flavor. My only complaint was that the cranberries were so tart they just didnt go well with the batter. I will use blueberries next time and I think it will be a super combo. You cant ask for a simpler unusual desert.

Cheesecake Dreams

Sensational!! So easy and the flavor is wonderful. I used walnuts insead of pecans but next time I will be sure and toast the nuts first especially since I took them straight out of the freezer and put them in the recipe, they gave the crust a little bit of a chewy texture. A new favorite for sure!!

Turkey Breast with Gravy

This deserves 10 stars!! By far the best turkey I have ever had. I rubbed some of the seasoning mixture under the skin and used the rest on the outside. I used one can of chicken broth in the roasting pan and cooked to 170.I have never seen such a juicy flavorful bird!! This is the only way I will ever cook turkey from now on.

Black 'n' White Cheesecake Bars

The cheesecake portion of this is incredible. Really good vanilla is key to this. But the crust is to firm for my preference. When that melted chocolate cools its really hard. I would prefir this with a crust of chocolate graham crackers- I think that would make it perfect.

Broiled Halibut with Goat Cheese Crust

My husband just made this for me for Valentines day and I thought I was in a gourmet restaurant. It was so wonderful. The flovors blend so well together and the presentation is is just beautiful!! The flavor of the halibut is able to come through. Love it!!

Tiramisu Layer Cake

The moistness cant be beat but I was dissapointed in other areas. I doubled all the coffee and I still couldnt taste it and I doubled the filling and it was still so thin, and in my opinion that is the main part of Tiramisu is the creamy filling. It would have to be quadroupled to get enough for me, but I also made 4 layers. Will try another recipe next time.
