I grew up in a small oklahoma town watching my mom,dad and great uncle cook. I have always been in the kitchen for as long as i can remember! I was always wanting to help and learn how to do thing with different foods. There are times when i sit and just think of new ways to cook something. after i get a few different ways i head to the kitchen to try them out. something i totally enjoy doing!!!!!!!! lava cake with carmelized cherries,Bread pudding with a pecan wiskey sauce, or my fav. berry cake. Ok Ok I give everything is my fav as long as I am cooking hehe. Ummm thinking about it we really don't have many. But the biggest hits are the pickled beet eggs and Stuffed celery. When I was messing around in the kitchen and came up with my yummy steak wraps.They are thin cut sirlons with steamed veggies wraped up together and grilled. When we had a huge cook out I pulled the baked beans off the grill and some of the juice spilled on my arm and I threw the pan all over the grill. I ended up with a 2nd degree burn on my arm. It seems its never a good party or BBQ till I burn some part of me. LOL
