I grew up in a small oklahoma town watching my mom,dad and great uncle cook. I have always been in the kitchen for as long as i can remember! I was always wanting to help and learn how to do thing with different foods. There are times when i sit and just think of new ways to cook something. after i get a few different ways i head to the kitchen to try them out. something i totally enjoy doing!!!!!!!! White Chocolate Bread pudding or my fav. Berry Cake. Not to mention the Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs... Honestly we do not have many but the Pickled Beet Eggs and Stuffed Celery are always expected. When I was messing around in the kitchen and came up with my yummy steak wraps.They are thin cut sirlons with steamed veggies wraped up together and grilled. When we had a huge cook out I pulled the baked beans off the grill and some of the juice spilled on my arm and I threw the pan all over the grill. I ended up with a 2nd degree burn on my arm. It seems its never a good party or BBQ till I burn some part of me. LOL
