Garlic Crab Legs
scrumptious! i took the butter mixture from sauteeing the crabs and used it as my dip! added a dash of salt and some lemon. it was delicious.

Sausage Egg Casserole
delicious! i used hot (spicy) pork sausage and served with 505 organic green chile sauce. amazing! everyone loved it.

Green Chili Casserole
A simple, yet tasty recipe. I used roasted Hatch green chilis and it made for a spicy and delicious casserole.
