This is a truly good salad. I have made it several times and have used different beans and varied it a little. I know it works great with red beans and also with garbanzo beans. This will be on my menu many many more times. Thanks!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Five Stars are not enough. These are heavenly. I added coconut to part of the dough and it was fantastic too! Both ways are so good you will pig out on these! At least, I sure did. These are almost too good.

Pasta and Garlic

This is one wonderful dish. You can embellish it all you want just like you can put all kinds of stuff on vanilla ice cream. But you don't really improve it. You just make it different. The only thing I would add is just to remind you that garlic loses its strength (I did use more) when it is cooked and so does olive oil. So, I used a minimal amount of olive oil for very lightly browning the garlic so I could add more straight from the bottle in the finished dish. To me, this is a treasure of a dish. Thank you, thank you.

Barbie's Tuna Salad

This is the best tuna salad I have ever tasted! I did use less mayo but, to me, the flavor is wonderful! I just want to know where to buy a 7 oz can of tuna...
