Chicken Thigh and Dumpling Stew
This was by far the BEST chicken and dumplings I've had. Alot of the recipes on here includes no veggies in them and this one does! I boiled the thighs for 30 min instead of browning them. I also used chicken broth since that's what I had on hand and made the dumplings with bisquick instead of using canned biscuits. My husband and son kept saying how yummy it was. Definately a keeper!

Playgroup Granola Bars
Good, but too cakey for my tastes and VERY crumbly. I think I will make the gobble up granola snacks from now on instead of these. Instead of 2 cups of rolled oats, I did 1 cup of rolled oats and 1 cup of rice krispies. I used craisins instead of raisins and added 1/2 cup of pecans, coconut, chocolate chips and added 1/4 cup of peanut butter and used the vegetable oil. I have used one banana and 1/4 cup peanut butter instead of the oil and they were still crumbly and too cakey. Good, but not the best.

Gobble Up Granola Snacks
YUMMY! I just made these and instead of corn syrup used honey and creamy peanut butter. I also used 2/3 of raisins brown sugar and added chocolate chips. Next time I will add pecans and shredded coconut. This is a VERY easy snack to make and probably alot healthier then the "boxed" ones. To put them in the pan, I sprayed olive oil from my misto on my hands and nothing stuck! :) I have made these and the playgroup granola bars from this site and these are MUCH better. The playgroup ones are cakey and these are not at all.
