My elderly mother lives with me so I have to stay away from raw vegetables and spicy stuff which makes cooking a challenge. I LOVE animals and birds and do volunteer work in that area.

Apple Crumble Pie
Looked and tasted great when I took it out of the oven. Used less sugar as I do in all baking, will even use less next time. I guess the apples I selected were too juicy as my masterpiece fell apart as I served it but hey, it tasted wonderful!

Zucchini Tomato Pie
Next time will try cheddar instead but it was good. Added a minced garlic clove and used half and half instead of milk.

Turkey and Stuffing Pie
Good! Used a thinly sliced leak in the egg mixture and a bit of seasoning salt.
