World's Best Potato Soup

I have used this recipe several times. I also make a few changes. Use chicken broth instead of water. I use cream of celery and cream of chicken soup. Always put in extra cheese and use the bacon for individual topping. i think it gets to soggy if you put it in as the recipe calls for.
