Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
Really great chili! I made this for my husband and some of his friends that came over for a UFC fight on TV. I prepared it just as directed, however I used kilbasa sausage instead of italian sausage. (I forgot to get the italian at the store and had the other on hand). Man, they said it was the best they had! I set up a station on the middle of my kitchen island that had a pot of this delish chili, sour cream, fritos, green onion, jalepenos, olives and 2 kind of shredded cheese. The beer definately makes it! Dont make it without the beer!!!

Baked Ziti IV
I made this recipe for my family one night and the only thing I did differently was I left out the rosemary (I didnt have it on hand). I followed all directions and it turned out absolutely fab! There are 4 in my family and we all ate it for 2 meals and we thought it was even better the next day(I was surprised because it was really tasty fresh). My mother in law really really enjoied it. She asked for the recipe and I came back to the site and printed it and gave it to her. I wish I could have taken credit, however a recipe this good I felt it very necessary to give credit where it was due. Great recipe!!!

Rich Chocolate Frosting
I cut the measurement to 8 servings and followed the amounts and ingredients to the "T". My mother in law and I and four year old son really liked this frosting on our yellow cupcakes! Great recipe, will make again.
