Chicken Stir-Fry
I loved this. I used frozen stir fry veggies and added cashews and water chestnuts. I served over brown rice. I did not "toss to coat" the chicken, but instead, I added cornstarch, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic powder to chicken broth and simmered for a few minutes. Then I poured the sauce over the sauteed chicken and veggies. It turned out great and was much simpler and less mess.
