Easy Decadent Truffles

I cut the recipe in half, I also covered it with molding chocolate, so that I get a hard chocolate outside and soft inside.

Roast Duck with Apple Dressing

Turned out yummy! We use the conventional oven at 325 degrees instead. Took a little longer but turned out juicy.
