English Muffin Bread
So good. Kind of a cross between english muffins and australian toaster biscuits, while I love. I was definiltely happy with this recipe!

Burrito Pie
I omitted the olives and added some canned jalapenos. I also just spread one can of refried beans right on the tortillas. My husband loved it, and the next day he was so excited to eat it for lunch. Definitely a keeper.

Chicken In Sour Cream
My husband and I both loved it, and it was so simple to make. I served it over brown rice.
