I was disappointed with this recipe. It was pretty bland. The OVEN ROASTED POTATOES by Janet are worlds better.

This was so good and easy. It looked a bit dry on the outside when done, but it was actually very juicy. I only did one bird which was 4 1/2 lbs. It only took 4 hours. I'm not sure when doing two birds if it actually takes 5 hours, however I'm not sure how I would fit them both in the oven.

Very good. I did add 1 cup peas and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese as previously suggested. It was a little dry. So next time I would increase the whipping cream to 2 cups and/or decrease the amount of cheese.
