I thought this was a great dip for a warm summer day. It was very refreshing and light. I wish it had a bit more zip so I added tomato basil feta and a few extra seasonings.

I think this is a great beginner recipe. It was easy to make and tasty. I think you could add several things to make this more complex. I used turkey pepperoni to cut some of the fat. It worked out pretty well. I also mixed some sweet italian turkey sausage in with the hamburger meat. A quick and easy recipe that is sure to please. :)

I like the boldness of adding something different to the mix, however I found this stew lacking the flavor I thought it would have. It came out kind of bland for my taste, but I agree it definitely has potential. I think with a little tweeking this could be an excellent slow cooker recipe.
