I'm recently retired from teaching and am now starting a new chapter of my life. I've always loved to cook. My best memories are those with my Mother at Christmas making cookies with an old-fashioned cookie press. My family had certain things we always served at certain holidays. Now that my parents are both deceased, I try to keep those traditions going when I have people over around holiday times.
