Sam's Famous Carrot Cake
Delicious! I left out the coconuts and added a little extra carrot but other than that, followed the recipe exactly and it was perfect. I made it for my boyfriend's parents and they absolutely loved it.

Black Bean and Couscous Salad
I cooked the couscous in regular water, not broth and added feta. Delicious!
