Spicy Bean Salsa
I brought this to a BBQ without testing it...everyone loved it! Served the next day and day after and continued to get raves and requests for recipe. I modified by using fresh minced garlic instead of garlic salt and added about a 1/2 cut of fresh chopped cilantro, used an orange bell pepper since that's all I had...it made the color variety in this dish even more appetizing. A keeper in this house.
