Beer Margaritas
very very YUMMY! I've even made with 8oz tequila and 4oz Grand Marnier and equally delicious!

Lemon Lover's Pound Cake
Delicious! I made mini loaves (it made 6) and baked for roughly 40 minutes in my convection oven, and they came out perfect!

Mexican Rice Pilaf
This is one of my favorite recipes ever. We double it, and use pepperjack cheese instead. Also, in a pinch, we've used a box of Uncle Bens rice pilaf and just discarded the spice packet.
