Fresh Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Really delicious! Make sure you use the right size pan though. We used one just one inch less in diameter. The top looked really done when we took it out of the oven, but when we flipped it over the center was still uncooked. The edges were fantastic though!

Whipped Sweet Potato Casserole

Nice easy recipe; great that you can make it in advance! Instead of marshmallows we used the pecan topping from the 'eggless sweet potato casserole' recipe and it was loved by my family. My aunt insisted I show her how to make it. :)

Oranged Cranberry Sauce

Blueberry Cheesecake Pie

Very good! I think next time I will make a little extra of the crust so it can be thicker because it was delicious and a good texture with the cheesecake and blueberries. Also the topping tastes a little strange to me when it's super cold, so I would recommend pulling it out of the fridge a couple hours before serving. The pie was delicious though. We even made the topping again to put on pancakes!

Nauvoo Gingerbread Cookies

Nice crunchy cookie. I think I could have baked them less for a softer cookie, but they're great the way they turned out. Just added some simple frosting (powdered sugar and milk), yum!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Nice, fluffy pancakes. Some family that shared them with me remarked that they were much lighter than pancakes they've had before. We also added a little vanilla and cinnamon to the batter and served them with blueberry sauce. Delicious!
