Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes
This was my first time making these stuffed potatoes and they turned out great. Even my 21 year old daughter liked them and she puts the finicky into a finicky eater. She does not like anything except for ten basic foods and that is all. But she loved these she ate more of these than I did and she ate them for left over’s the next day. Left over is not one of her acceptable food groups so thank you PONYGIRL64 and all the people who left feedback on ways to get the potatoes out of the skin and some other little tips. Thank you!!

Hot German Potato Salad III
This was the first time in 35 years that I had this type of dish and I loved it. Loved everything about it! I did take the advice of some of the others and used red potatoes and I left the skin on. I did not use quite as many potatoes as called for but make the same amount of "sauce" and it was great! I am so very happy I found this recipe because I was told that I would not like this type of potatoes salad and the only thing I can think of why they would say that is because of the vinegar. But I really liked the vinegar taste with the bacon and the other seasonings. If you do not like vinegar then try not using it but the taste will be different. You could try cutting the amount in half but remember -- whatever the amount of vinegar is that you may take away -- you need to add water.
