Microwave Bread and Butter Pickles

I substituted paprika for tumeric...sorry, but in local grocery story it was $6 for a tiny jar of it...they were still excellent! :)

Irish Potato Cake

Next time I will cut the cin, cloves, nutmeg by half. Strong flavor. I'm also going to try it with apples instead of raisens.
