Mom's Zucchini Bread
Sooooo good. I used cane sugar in mine and it turned out delicious! Everyone at work loved it as well.

Hamburger Cheese Bake
I eliminated the peppers and green onion, but it was still delicious. My picky husband really loved it too!

Banana Muffins II
Excellent banana muffins or as banana bread. Also good with 3/4 cup of walnuts. Make sure NOT to over mix or they can get dense.
