I'm a wife and mother, who loves to shower my love through what I cook and bake. Chicken Parmesan, Soups, Boerkool, Chili, anything with chocolate, cakes and cookies. My Grandma and Grandpa lived in Indonesia for quite a while, and they taught me all about Nasi and Bami and Croupoek. Also, my Mom and Grandma passed down their fabulous baking skills to me. I would have to say my biggest cooking triumph so far is taking on the job of a Summer Camp Chef. I've had no professional training, but things were great and in budget!! There are always tragedies in my house - mainly my 4 year not wanting to try anything new to eat, which happens a few times a week.
