About this Cook
I started cooking when I was 8 years old because my mom couldn't or wouldn't cook. It was the best thing to happen to me because to this day I love to cook. I like to experiment with new ingredients, cooking techniques and absolutely LOVE kitchen gadgets.

Chop Suey Cake
This is one of the best cake recipes I've ever tried. It's simple ingredients I always have on hand and is a wonderful "go-to" dessert. Actually my 18 year old son requested this for his birthday cake! Have made it with chopped apples in place of pineapple and it was very good. It is very moist and tasty.

Mongolian Beef II
My family and I have made this dish for years. It is always a hit. I do replace the Sherry with red wine but otherwise I don't change a thing.

New Orleans Shrimp Toss
This is a wonderful and quick "go-to" meal for our family. We serve it with noodles and is wonderful. Very close to the Seafood Alfredo served at a local resturant.
