I love to bake for my family. Breads and desserts are my favorite. I do most of the baking, while my husband does a lot of the cooking. I nailed yeast bread! For me that is an accompishment. I am not patient, and waiting for dough to rise is one of the hardest things, but it pays off. Would have to be all previouse attempts at yeast bread. I was told not to despair one time my bread turned out really REALLY dense. "Don't despair" I was told, "It can be used in cannons". Yah, that made me feel better....actually it did. I laughed.
