Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting
AMAZING and EASY!!!! Just follow the directions. If you try to doctor it it won't taste as good. Just make sure, as the recipie states, that everything is at room temperature. I forgot to make sure the milk was at room temperature so I actually heated it up in the microwave for 15 seconds. (I needed it to spread a little better too, so I did add a little extra milk - "AS NEEDED" just like the recipie said!) I even used a generic brand of peanut butter, and it turned out perfect! I had to double the recipie, bigger cake and my husband ate it out of the bowl faster than I could frost the cake!!
