Fried Green Tomatoes
These are fantastic! Next time I make them I will probably peel the tomatoes first, I think it will help the batter stick to them better in the pan. I added a little spice to my flour mix, I like things with a little more flavor. But they were fantastic!

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting
AMAZING and EASY!!!! Just follow the directions. If you try to doctor it it won't taste as good. Just make sure, as the recipie states, that everything is at room temperature. I forgot to make sure the milk was at room temperature so I actually heated it up in the microwave for 15 seconds. (I needed it to spread a little better too, so I did add a little extra milk - "AS NEEDED" just like the recipie said!) I even used a generic brand of peanut butter, and it turned out perfect! I had to double the recipie, bigger cake and my husband ate it out of the bowl faster than I could frost the cake!! Thanks for sharing!!

Sweet and Sour Meatballs (Suan T'ien Niu Jou Po Lo La Tzu)
I made this for a couple of missionaries for my church - 19 year old boys... I dropped it off and when I got home one of them called me and asked if, when he gets married, he could have his wife take cooking lessons from me! It's a favorite!
