Turkey in a Smoker
This is the best turkey I've ever had by far!! We made this and other turkeys for Thanksgiving and this recipe was the clear winner. Plus it was very easy...no brining or anything else. I would highly recommend!!

Beer Margaritas
I'm not a big fan of Margaritas but I made these for our Cinco De Mayo party and they were a huge hit...I loved them as well! I followed other reviewers and used Corona Light for the beer and made them the night before. Excellent!!

Mexican Casserole
I've made this several times and made the additions of rotel and green chilis as well as adding the whole packet of taco seasoning and it is EXCELLENT!! My family and friends love it.
