Chicken Cordon Bleu II

I shredded the ham in food processor, used provolone. Dipped in egg wash, then floured and fried in equal parts olive oil and butter. Placed chicken in baking dish, made sauce in pan fr. half&half, 2 chicken bouillon and wht. wine, poured over chicken and finished baking for 15 minutes & garnished w/fresh basil. Thank-you!!

Parmesan Chicken II

I tried w/drumsticks then opted for boneless chicken. I sub'd 1c.Panko crumbs for 1c.parm. Also flour dredged before egg dip per another reviewer.(Thanks!) The coating was crispy, crunchy and perfect to coat any fish or chicken.
