Garlic Chive Chicken
I was looking for something different to do with chicken tonight and came across this recipe. I followed it pretty much the way it was written except I added another 2 cups of chicken stock, and I didn't add the lemon zest. I was worried about it being too lemony. I also didn't add the total amount of chive, I just sprinkled some. I ended up adding a couple of tablespoons of flour to thicken up the sauce. I also sprinkled salt/pepper/garlic powder on my chicken before flouring. I thought the recipe was great and will make it again.

Iowa Pork Steak
This dish turned out great! I left out the mushrooms, because I didn't have any. I also used regular boneless pork loin chops instead of pork steaks. And I used chicken stock instead of the water for the dish. I served it over egg noodles and thought it was a great quick meal. I also decreased the cooking time to about a hour, I thought 90 minutes would be too long.

Chicken Lo Mein
Yummy recipe! I thought this tasted great. I did add oyster sauce like other reviewers stated and it did add some extra flavor. Also I omitted the water as well.
