Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars IV

These were quick and very easy to make. Had a good taste but a little dry. Think another chocolate topping that doesn't set up so hard would be better.

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

This is awesome! Lucky is the person who should get this as a Christmas gift. I made batch today for a Halloween Party tomorrow night......hope we have some left for the party. Super easy, and out of this world taste. Thanks for sharing.

Chess Pie III

I think it was a great recipe; quick, easy, and tasted great. Even my picky son now claims this to be his favorite pie. While some ovens may bake this in 35 minutes, mine took 55 minutes to set up perfectly. Everyone should read the directions and stop complaining about the length of time it takes.....your directions plainly state "35 minutes or until set." Thanks for sharing a great recipe.

Perfect Turkey

If possible, I'd give this 10 stars. This is the only recipe I will ever use when roasting a turkey. I made two for church and one for our Christmas dinner. Even the left overs in the frig stayed moist and tasty. It was a picture perfert turkey; evenly browned from top to bottom.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Made this last night for dinner tonight but couldn't wait....had to taste it. It is truly amazing. Mine did crack but I think it was because of over mixing. Still it looks and taste wonderful.

Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

Really good and quick to prepare. Followed ingredients exactly but assembly a little different. Cut chicken up in bite-size pieces and mixed in the stuffing mix then baked in casserole dish. Baked as directed then froze half for a later meal. Will make again.

Butter Crescents

Nothing short of excellent. This is the only roll recipe I use now. Make a double batch every time and put left overs in a zip lock bag...they may last a couple of days. Thanks for sharing.

Lemon Curd

This was GREAT! I made during the holidays to use between the layers and on top of a cake after buying a jar at the store - immediately knew I didn't what "that" on my cake. This was so good my kids were eating the leftovers right out of the bowl. Now all I can do is think of what I can use Lemon Curd with. Thanks for sharing this great recipe.

Fresh Strawberry Pie I

Cool, fresh, and tasty best describes this pie. Was in a pinch for a quick dessert when one of my sons announced he had invited someone to dinner. Very basic ingredients that are usually always on hand. Turned out perfect and didn't last through the night. Can't wait until strawberry season so I can make again. Thanks for sharing.

Jagerschnitzel

Spent 3 years in Germany and don't remember Jagerschnitzel like this. The meat its self was fine but didn't care for the gravy at all. Make use as a base but will try a different gravy recipe.

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

I made these for our Memorial Day cookout and they were absolutely wonderful. Easy to prepare, quick to cook and makes a beautiful, eye-appealing meal. Everyone at the cook-out loved them, including the kids. I also used the thinner bacon as suggested in previous reviews.

Flaky and Tasty Pastry

Don't know what went wrong but I've tried the recipe twice and both times it came out just a big gooey glob. To get it into any type of rolling consistency, I would have had to add so much additional flour it would have tasted awful and had the texture of something similar to plywood. Just a lot of wasted time and ingredients. Think I'll stick with what I've got and used for years.
