Quinoa Tabbouleh
mmm mmm mmm! love it. I used white, black and red quinoa in my salad. I halved the oil and added a little garlic and a small amount of fine black pepper as I felt it needed a little something extra, but other than that it's a lovely salad. The quinoa gives it a beautiful texture that you just don't get from bulghur wheat. I think I will always make the quinoa version in future.
