I have been preparing meals for over 40 years and enjoy trying new recipes. Any food that pleases my husband, family and friends. I enjoy making Danish abelskievers for holidays. They are a little more effort than a pancake, but worth the effort. When I listen to how things are cooking on the stove or trust my nose for things I am baking my items come out better! Following directions to a "t" sometimes gives less than BEST results. I like to experiment.
