This was a great side dish for our pork chops tonight. I will definitely be making this again. I used fresh onion instead of dried because I don't have any and accidentally added garlic powder but how could that be wrong? In the future I will be making it with brown rice.

I made Tartar Sauce I the other day and gave it five stars even tho I made some changes. Now today looking at other recipes (because I'm going to make it again) I found that the changes I made match this recipe almost exactly. So anyway, this recipe is a hit in my house.

We loved this recipe. I prepared my potatoes with sour cream and left out the green peppers because my boyfriend doesn't like them. I also used colby/cheddar cheese crumbles instead of shredded and it was so good. My 10 month old son even gobbled these up!

I loved this recipes. If I had realized before that making tartar sauce was this easy and delicious I would've been making it forever. I used chopped dill pickles instead of relish because I didn't have any and maybe just a splash of lemon juice because I didn't want it too runny. It was great and I will never buy store bought tartar sauce again.

I made this at Christmas time and it was so good. Bordering on perfect. It's been buried in my recipe box and I totally forgot about it! One person said it was too much garlic for them, but you can't make everyone happy. Next time I'll make it with roasted garlic.

I use this recipe pretty much as is. Only changes I make is I use beef stew meat, 8 oz sour cream, no mushrooms (soup is enough for me), and I don't measure anything. If it looks like enough it probably is. Never had any problems that way and I love this. In fact I'm making it tomorrow.

Tried and true. I use this recipe every time. Rosemary was the missing ingredient in my old Shepherd's Pie recipe. Sometime instead of the Garlic Romano Potatoes, I use plain mashed or sometimes hashbrowns. Good any way you choose.

We made these one night and they were really good. I should've let them cook longer because the flesh was really hard to remove and resulted in some gaping wholes. Next time we'll get the assembly line going and make them look really pretty. Perfect recipe tho!

This is my go to meatloaf recipe and my family loves it. Last time I made it in a mini loaf pan for individual servings and it worked great.

I have used this recipe again and again. I use smoked salt instead of liquid smoke but this recipe is an ace in the hole. If you don't like it salty try a low sodium soy sauce. I've never done it because we like our food a little salty but I might if I made this for company. And I think this could also be a crowd pleaser.

I make this ham all the time. So simple and it comes out falling to pieces (which is what it's supposed to do) and deliciously sweet. Only thing I do different is to put the brown sugar in about 1 cup of boiling water. You really don't need to do that I just like a little liquid in there to get it going but the ham will make enough liquid to cover itself. I get a whole smoked (totally cooked) bone-in ham from the farmer at the market. I haven't ever looked but you could get that at the grocery store or local meat market too. I don't know what a "picnic" ham is but I really wouldn't suggest a pre-sliced ham. My mom grew up on an Iowa pork farm and says this is just like her mom made. Please don't think that this recipe will result in a ham that would be on the cover of a magazine. It's all about the natural flavor of the ham here.

I made this once and really liked it. It uses an ingredient I don't normally have in the pantry so it takes some pre-planning but it's worth it for a good side dish.

I enjoyed making these and they came out very pretty and tasty. I liked the mix of the very crunchy outside and soft inside. We didn't use cheese because we didn't have any and I thought it was a little plain so next time I will make sure I have cheese on hand.

I'm on the fence about this recipe. It was pretty tasty but it took much longer than stated to cook (2 hours) and the cream and cheese were very separated. I'd get a bite of creamy potato, then a bite of cheesy potato. Not bad, just not what I wanted. Next time I make this I will try to make a sauce with the cream and cheese to evenly cover all the potatoes. Over all flavor was great so I'm giving it a four because my problems are fixable with some trial and error, and are not necessarily issues with the recipe itself.

I loved this. The marinade was easy to make, I just dumped everything in the food processor whole and ground it up for a minute or so. I thought it looked unusual but it smelled great. Covered it and left in the fridge for 12 hours. After dinner we talked about how we could eat this every day! Next time I will try with a more tender cut of meat.
